Why PFP Mint
Delivering the Fearless Bulls PFP completes the final piece of our Phase 1 Roadmap, and a core part of our transition to phase 2.
Goals of the PFP mint are (1) to raise additional funds to cement our role as the largest investment fund on Solana (2) to double-down on winning NFT investments that we have identified in the SOL ecosystem and (3) to distribute a share of the success from the fund directly back to holders in the form of direct SOL claims.
Proceeds from the PFP mint, net of minting and associated cost, will be commingled with the existing fund to create a single, larger BGF post mint, in order to ensure we are prepared to maximize upside for all holders in the next bull run and ensure that there is enough liquidity to generate profits, distribute profits, retain our top notch team and community focus, aligned with the primary goal of generating profits for FBC holders.
Up to 30% of initial proceeds will be use to double down on projects we have identified (not withstanding new updates that might affect our decisions at point of writing), while the remaining capital will be deployed across the year into new projects that the Investment Committee approves.

The PFP Art
The art is amazing and that should be reason enough to mint one. Our talented artist Unicris, designer of several popular NFT collections, including FBC OG collection and Shadowy Super Coder DAO, has created an amazing set of bullish designs, with 135 traits that take your breath away. PFP
The Fearless Bulls PFP also acts as a marketing vehicle for Fearless Bulls Club. All we have achieved to date has been done with an art-based NFT as opposed to a more Twitter friendly, promotable, reppable PFP. Adding the PFP as a 5,000 piece collection enables our current holders to rep FBC on Twitter and Discord, and opens up marketing opportunities with the likes of NFT Inspect, to help spread greater awareness of the Fearless Bulls Brand.
Utility
Utility for the PFP is very straightforward.
Holders of the PFP will receive $vBLSH emissions based on rarity just like the OG collection. Upon minting out of the entire 5000 collection, there will be a total of 15,000 total FBC NFTs across 2 collections. Each PFP has twice the equity stake in the fund and double DAO voting rights compared to the OG collection. There will also be the opportunity for holders of both the PFP & OG FBC NFTs to claim a direct share of increase in treasury value on a quarterly basis.
