Bullish Investment Committee (BIC)

All investment decisions affecting substantial (>2% of the total fund capitalization), are discussed and will be decided by a focused committee of investors and team members

The BIC will be chaired by DJ Trix (twitter), founder and current project lead of FBC. DJ brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and network to the Fearless Bulls Club. Degenerate Ape Academy graduate, DJ Trix has been trading and researching cryptocurrency since 2012; produced and co-hosted Twitter Spaces & Eden Hour Podcast for Magic Eden, and has been actively trading Solana NFT’s both as a private investor and on behalf of the Bullish Growth Fund, demonstrating trust and knowledge.

Post PFP mint, we will hold elections for members of the FBC community to nominate members, or run as candidates themselves for the investment committee. Subject to openings on the committee, the community will vote in a closed poll facilitated by the Chairman to finalize new additions to the committee.

The BIC will get together to discuss both strategic and allocation of the fund, as well as investment / trading criteria on a regular basis.

On a quarterly basis, every member of the committee will also be held to a vote of confidence by the community of FBC holders in order to retain their positions and a window for new committee members to be voted onto the committee by holders of FBC NFT’s will be opened.

Investment Committee is presented opportunities sourced by the team and the community and performs due diligence into their viability, taking into account the BGF’s strategic asset allocation and investment / trading criteria.

Due Diligence

Threads and weekly discussions take place to further determine and articulate the feasibility of investments, including value vs valuation discussions, feedback from speaking to founders and teams of potential investments, as well as wide market sentiment.

Investment Approval

The investment committee will vote on how to proceed with key investment opportunities, including setting entry prices, investment timescales, stop loss and profit targets for our trades based on our due diligence.

Post Investment Monitoring

The team will actively evaluate the progress of investments against targets, while incorporating new information and catalysts to the investment plans for existing holdings at regular intervals.
